The state highways serving San Bernardino are SR 18 and SR 66.Freeways includes Interstate 215 (San Bernardino Freeway, Barstow Freeway), Interstate 10 (San Bernardino Freeway), SR 210 (Foothill Freeway), SR 330, and SR 259.

San Bernardino International Airport (SBIA):  San Bernardino International Airport  is about 2 miles southeast of San Bernardino city center. It is used for general aviation. 

San Bernardino is easily accessible by many Southern California airports. 

Ontario International Airport (ONT)Ontario International Airport  is about 15 miles southwest of San Bernardino.  It is one of the nearest and the best option to get to San Bernardino.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)Los Angeles International Airport is approximately 80 miles southwest of San Bernardino. Airlines serving the LAX are: US Airways, Delta, Southwest, American, Alaska Air and United. To get to San Bernardino from LAX, rent a car or take the bus.

Amtrak: San Bernardino is served by Amtrak with station at 1170 West 3rd Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410, United States. It is served by Amtrak’s Southwest Chief line between Los Angeles and Chicago, with stop at the San Bernardino station. 

Metrolink: San Bernardino is also served by Metrolink  which is the regional commuter railway service. The station is close to the Amtrak Station. Lines include the Metrolink San Bernardino Line and the Metrolink Inland Empire-Orange County Line.

San Bernardino is a member of MARTA and Omnitrans.  Omintrans  is a public transit agency serving San Bernardino. It runs local and express bus routes. A Bus Rapid Transitcorridor, known as sbX Green Line, links the north part of San Bernardino near California State University to several areas in the state. Omnitrans offers on-demand shuttle services also.
